Williams Pavilion

The pavilion was built in summer 2014 by volunteers with materials donated by Williams Companies. More details and photos can be viewed here.

The pavilion is 24’ x 48’ and located just west of the back parking lot. It has 10 picnic tables. The reservation fee is $100 per day or $80 for members of the Friends, payable in advance.

The pavilion has electricity, electrical outlets, and three pedestal grills.

It is perfect for family parties, picnics, and reunions. You can set up games, a tent or two, and chairs in the field behind the pavilion. It is also close to Silver Creek - perfect for some splashing around on a hot summer day.

You can reserve the pavilion either by e-mail or by calling the park office at (570) 967-7275. When calling, please leave your name, phone number, and the date(s) you are interested in. Someone will get back to you shortly.

Once your date has been tentatively scheduled with us, you will need to pay for the reservation for it to be held. You can pay by credit card over the phone, or you can send a check, along with the Pavilion Reservation Form and deposit, if required, to the park.

For events attended by more than 50 people, we may require a $150 refundable deposit. This will be discussed when you inquire about a reservation. See page 2 of the Pavilion Reservation Form for information about this deposit.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Upon receipt of your check, you will be contacted and your reservation confirmed.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received one week in advance of the reservation date: refund provided minus a $20 cancellation fee for administrative costs. Cancellations received less than one week before the reservation date: no refund.

Barn Pavilion

Unfortunately, the Barn Pavilion was severely damaged in the August 2018 flood and is not usable at this time. We are still assessing if and how to repair it and whether and where to relocate it and then how to raise the funds to pay for it all.
